Returning Students

If you are re-enrolling and you have a previous Gradelink account:

  1. If you do not remember the password.  Please call the office to have it reset.
  2. Login to your Gradelink account by clicking this link.
  3. Go to the re-enroll tab.
  4. In the top right hand corner of the page it will let you know which student you are enrolling.
  5. Fill out the form for that student.
  6. It will ask you if you have another student to enroll.

If you are re-enrolling and you do not have a previous Gradelink account (includes all new students to the school last year).

  • Follow the instructions for a new student.
  • If we find an old account for your student we will link them for you.

New Students

Follow these steps to request enrollment of your student in sha Allah.

  1. Click this link to our enrollment form.
  2. Fill out the information on the create account tab and submit
    • Make sure you use an email address that you can access.
  3. Go to your email and click the link to verify your account.
  4. Enter the password you created on step 2.  You will get a message that you are verified.
  5. Click continue and login with your email address and password.
  6. Complete the entire form and submit.

Then come in to the Main Office to pick up your Welcome Packet.
If your child is accepted and seats are available, you will be notified and required to submit the following within
two weeks of notification.

TUITION PAYMENT POLICY

THIS POLICY APPLIES TO ALL PARENTS, INCLUDING PROGRAMS FOR PARENTS FAMILIES WHO HAVE COPAYMENTS

• All tuition/co-payments are due by the 3rd of each month.
• On the 5th a phone call will be made as a reminder.
• By the 8th of each month, a letter will be sent to accounts who have not paid.
• If a child withdraws and the account is not current, no school records, report cards and/or transcripts will
be issued until the account is made current.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Open to all students for 1st grade – 12th grade.
  • Previous educational background in Islamic studies is beneficial but not mandatory.
Age Requirements for Pre-School, Pre-K, KG

• For admission to Pre-School, your child must be 2 ½ years old by October 31st , 2024 and “pottytrained”
• For admission to Pre-Kindergarten, your child must be 4 years old by October 1st , 2024.
• For admission to KG, your child must be 5 years old by October 31st , 2024

Required Documents

  1. Copy of Birth Certficate
  2. Complete Immunization Record
  3. Release of Records Form (for Grades 1st to 12th only)
  4. Annual Physical Report (Please use the Universal Child Health Record Form provided in this packet)

  • Islamic Studies: Deepen your understanding of the Quran, Hadith, and Islamic jurisprudence.
  • Arabic Language: Enhance your language skills through immersive courses.
  • STEM Education: Engage in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics with a focus on critical thinking.
  • Arts and Humanities: Explore creativity through art, literature, and history.
