Family Movie Night

A fun, family-friendly movie night with free popcorn! Enjoy a wholesome film rated E for all ages. Tickets are required, so be sure to RSVP in advance. (Admission: $5)

Girl Scouts

Time: 6pm – 8pm
Location: Basement Conference Room

 

We’re excited to welcome girls of all ages to join our local Girl Scouts for fun, hands-on events that inspire confidence, friendship, and leadership. From outdoor adventures to creative projects and community service, our gatherings are a great way for girls to explore, grow, and make lasting memories. Whether you’re a returning scout or brand new, there’s a place for you here. Come be part of something special!

Game Night

Join us for a fun-filled and interactive evening at our Monthly Game Night! This event is a great way to relax, connect with family and friends, and engage in friendly competition. A variety of games will be available for all ages, offering an enjoyable experience for everyone in the community. Come for the games, stay for the camaraderie!

Annual Masjid Ahlis Sunnah Dinner

Join us for our annual community dinner, a wonderful evening of fellowship, delicious food, and community bonding. This event is an opportunity to celebrate the spirit of unity and support the Masjid’s ongoing programs and initiatives. Sisters' Workout Day

Time: 12pm- 4pm (Every Sunday)
Location: 2nd Floor Multi-purpose Room

 

Join us every Sunday for an invigorating “Afternoon of Sports,” exclusively for Muslim females. Hosted by Ahlus Sunnah Sisters, this weekly event offers a welcoming environment for beginners, with coaching available to enhance your skills.

New Shahaadah Classes

Begin Your Journey with Confidence
Time: Every Sunday @ 11:00am
Location: Masjidu Ahlis Sunnah

 

Have you recently taken your Shahadah or want to learn more about Islam? Our New Shahadah Classes are designed to support and guide you through the early steps of your faith journey in a welcoming and judgment-free environment. Learn the basics of prayer, belief, and daily practice, ask questions, and connect with others on a similar path.
All are welcome—no prior knowledge is needed, just an open heart.

Quran Recitation and Hifz Classes

Our Quran classes cater to all ages and skill levels, from beginners to advanced students. Join us for group recitations, memorization (Hifz), and tafsir (Quranic exegesis) sessions.

Athaan Workshop

Join us for a special workshop focused on the spiritual, historical, and practical aspects of the Athaan (Islamic call to prayer). Islamic Education Lecture

Every month, we host educational lectures on various aspects of Islam, including Aqeedah (beliefs), Fiqh (jurisprudence), and personal development. Speakers from within the community and beyond will share valuable insights to help deepen your understanding of the faith.

Hajj Workshop

Islamic Marriage Seminar

A special seminar designed for couples and individuals preparing for marriage. Topics include Islamic views on marriage, communication, responsibilities, and creating a strong foundation for a successful, happy life together.

Community Events

Self-Defense & Safety Workshop

Join us for a hands-on workshop focused on building confidence, awareness, and practical self-defense skills. Open to women and young adults, this session will cover basic safety strategies, situational awareness, and simple techniques to help you feel more secure in everyday situations. Soup Kitchen

Our Soup Kitchen initiative provides hot meals to those in need within the local community. Volunteers come together on the first Saturday of every month to prepare and distribute nourishing meals. This is an opportunity to give back, provide support to those experiencing hardship, and foster a spirit of compassion and generosity.

Volunteer Luncheon

Our Volunteer Luncheon is a special event to thank and appreciate the dedicated volunteers who support Masjid Ahlis Sunnah throughout the year. This gathering celebrates their hard work and commitment to the community. It’s an opportunity to enjoy a meal together, share experiences, and strengthen the bonds within our volunteer network. Volunteers are the backbone of our community, and this luncheon is our way of showing gratitude for their invaluable contributions.

PTSU Meeting (Parent-Teacher Student United)

The PTSU meeting is a vital gathering for parents, teachers, and students to discuss educational progress, share ideas, and work together to create a supportive learning environment. These meetings provide an opportunity to collaborate on ways to improve the academic and personal development of our students, strengthen communication between families and educators, and ensure the success of our educational programs. All parents and teachers are encouraged to attend and participate.
