As Salaamu Alaykum. Masjidu Ahlis Sunnah is dedicated to serving the community through a variety of programs and services. From daily prayers and Islamic education to youth activities, counseling, and support for new Muslims, our masjid provides resources that nurture faith, strengthen families, and build unity.

Salaah Prayers
Daily prayers for Fajr, Dhuhr, Asr, Maghrib, and Isha, along with Friday Jumu’ah prayers and Taraweeh during Ramadan, providing a welcoming space for worshippers of all ages.

New Shahadaah
Private and supportive guidance for individuals who wish to embrace Islam and declare the Shahadah, with resources to help new Muslims begin their faith journey.

Zakaah & Sadaqah
Assistance and guidance for giving Zakaah (obligatory charity) and Sadaqah (voluntary charity) to ensure contributions reach those in need.

Eid
Organized Eid prayers and celebrations that bring the community together in worship, reflection, and social connection.

Funeral (Janaazah)
Full Janaazah services including funeral prayers, preparation, and support for families during this important and sensitive process.

Hall Rental
Community hall rental for weddings, meetings, and events, offering a safe, accessible, and well-maintained space for gatherings.

Aqeeqah
We provide guidance and support for performing Aqeeqah, the Islamic tradition of celebrating a newborn, including livestock arrangements.

Marriage
Guidance and support for Islamic marriage, including Nikah ceremonies and counseling for couples.

Masjid Development
Initiatives to expand and maintain the masjid facilities, supporting community growth and ensuring the masjid meets the needs of worshippers and programs.

Classes & Workshops
We offer educational programs for all ages, including Shahadah classes, Arabic courses, and Qur’an study to support learners in their faith journey.

Umrah
Organized group trips and guidance for performing Umrah, helping community members complete this blessed pilgrimage with ease and spiritual preparation.

Ramadaan

215 North Oraton Pkwy, East Orange, NJ 07017. The parking lot is on the opposite side of the building on North Munn Ave.
Is there a fee for any services?
We are pleased to offer a wide range of services at no cost to you. However, please note that certain rental services may require a nominal fee.
