At Madrasatu Ahlis Sunnah, we offer a comprehensive Islamic education grounded in Qur’an and Sunnah, paired with rigorous academics that prepare students for success in this life and the next. Our programs are tailored to meet the needs of each developmental stage, nurturing students spiritually, intellectually, and socially.

Early Childhood

(PreK – Kindergarten)

Elementary School

Integrated Islamic Studies Across All Grades

At our Islamic school in East Orange NJ, students benefit from a well-rounded faith-based curriculum that includes daily Qur’an recitation and memorization, consistent Arabic language development, and engaging lessons on Prophetic manners, fiqh, and Islamic history—all taught at age-appropriate levels to help shape strong Muslim identities from PreK through 12th grade.

 Join us for Islamic Trivia on Tuesday, February 18, 2026, where students will answer questions about Islamic history, teachings, and culture in a friendly, interactive competition. Test your knowledge and have fun! Everyone is welcome to participate and cheer!

Spelling Bee Competition (Gr.7-8)

Join us for our Spelling Bee Competition for students in Grades 7–8 on November 20, 2025! This fun and exciting event is a great way to build confidence, enhance vocabulary, and showcase spelling skills. Participants will challenge themselves in a friendly competition while supporting one another. Families are encouraged to attend and cheer for our young spellers as they strive for the top spot!

Science Fair

Explore the wonders of discovery at our Science Fair on  January 21, 2026! Students will showcase creative experiments, innovative projects, and scientific thinking. This hands-on event encourages curiosity, problem-solving, and a love for learning, while giving families a chance to celebrate the amazing work of our young scientists.

Math Jeopardy

#1 Field Trip

October 1st
On October 1st, middle school and high school students will take a trip to Allaire State Park to tour the historic Allaire Village. Early childhood and elementary students will visit the Pumpkin Patch.
